1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Lara Dashboard (the "Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
2. License
LaraDashboard is released under the Unlicense (open source). You are free to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and/or sell copies of the Software without restriction. This applies to the free/open-source core only — premium modules are governed by their own separate license.
3. Premium Modules
Premium modules (CRM, HRM, Course Management, etc.) are sold separately and subject to their individual purchase agreements. Redistribution or resale of premium modules without authorization is prohibited.
4. User Accounts
To access certain features such as the marketplace, developer dashboard, or premium module purchases, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
5. Marketplace & Purchases
All purchases made through the LaraDashboard Marketplace are processed via Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. All sales are final unless a refund is approved under our Refund Policy (Section 6).
6. Refund Policy
Refund requests for premium modules may be submitted within 14 days of purchase through the developer dashboard. Refunds are granted at our discretion and may be denied if the module has been substantially used or downloaded. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
7. Module Submissions (Developers)
Developers may submit modules to the LaraDashboard Marketplace. By submitting a module, you represent that you own or have the right to distribute the code, that the module does not contain malicious code, and that it complies with our submission guidelines. LaraDashboard reserves the right to reject, remove, or delist any module at any time.
8. Intellectual Property
The LaraDashboard name, logo, and branding are trademarks of LaraDashboard. The open-source core is released under the Unlicense. Premium modules, marketplace content, documentation, and website design remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.
9. Prohibited Use
You agree not to: - Use the Software for any unlawful purpose - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts - Redistribute or resell premium modules without authorization - Upload malicious code or content to the marketplace - Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when submitting modules
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. LaraDashboard does not guarantee that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
11. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall LaraDashboard, its contributors, or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Software or marketplace purchases.
12. Privacy
Your use of LaraDashboard is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Software, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
